導(dǎo)軌升降機吊籠下滑的檢查方法

導(dǎo)軌升降機制動時檢查制動器的制動力矩是否不足，制動塊磨損是否超標，如出現(xiàn)上述情況應(yīng)該及時調(diào)整制動力矩或者更換制動片；檢查運行時吊籠滾輪是否松動，滾輪槽內(nèi)的油脂印痕有無單邊受力，磨損等情況，滾輪間隙是否符合要求。

1、導(dǎo)軌升降機纜盤落到了儲存筒外；電纜絕緣外皮破損；電纜與防護設(shè)施干涉，吊籠在升降過程中檢查電纜絕緣外皮有無破損，電纜與腳手架等設(shè)施是否有干涉，下降過程中經(jīng)常檢查電纜有無盤落在電纜儲存筒之外的現(xiàn)象。

2、導(dǎo)軌升降機導(dǎo)架變形，移位；導(dǎo)架膠皮缺損；導(dǎo)架安裝位置不規(guī)范，吊籠升降過程中檢查電纜導(dǎo)架有無變形移位，導(dǎo)架膠皮有無缺損，在地面檢查電纜導(dǎo)架是否按規(guī)定安裝。
